Welcome to my blog!

After years of not writing any posts related to yoga, I will try to pen a few lines each week about my experiences, moments of despair and challenges in my practice. Yoga for me is a lifestyle, ingrained into my actions, thoughts and speech. It is my antidote to stress, negative energy and daily grind of perpetual distractions.

To give you a taste of what to expect I am sharing a post I wrote for Lucia Yoga Retreats, of which I will be one of the many teachers supporting their events in 2018. Enjoy!
