Various styles of yoga styles will be offered throughout, a flowing vinyasa sequence to wake us up before breakfast, a gentle, yin yoga or yoga nidra at sunset to cap the day. Guided pranayama and meditation complement our practice. All levels and abilities are welcome. Please bring your own mats and props.
The capital of the Philippines. Mod cons available.
Remember the movie 'Beach' with Leonardo di Caprio? Apparently Alex Garland's book was originally inspired by the beauty of El Nido.
Endless white beaches, crystal clear waters and an underwater world, that will take your breath away. A destination that truly looks like paradise. The beauty of El Nido is hard to describe, you have to see the place with your own eyes.
This cluster of islands, known for a handful of WWII shipwrecks permanently entombed off its shores, is home to one of the most photographed spots in all of the Philippines. Swim through underwater mountains, visit hidden lagoons, snorkel over otherworldly reefs, lounge on baby powder sand beaches- the adventures never stop.
Important to know:
Please be advised that we will be traveling for 2-3 hours on the van to reach El Nido from San Vicente. Depending on the number of participants, we either could take the public ferry from El Nido, which takes 4 hours or hire our own private boat that will take us to Coron passing through remote islands and local villages with more stops for snorkeling and sleeping under the stars within two days.
As we are on a tight budget and possibly staying on remote islands, some accommodations will be basic i.e. tents on the beach or nipa huts in a local village. Good level of fitness is required.
For your peace of mind, please consult your GP.
