Flow of Movement
This class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new poses and shapes. This flow centers around control and precision, coordination of breathing and physical movement, with a diversity of poses and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced. This, in turn, improves focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
